We are looking for Associates and Senior Associates to join us. The Associate and Senior Associate roles are key positions within the European team. Primarily focusing on supporting the delivery of search assignments across a range of disciplines and sectors, including Media, Digital, Content, Sports, Esports and Sporting Goods & Fashion.

We are looking for individuals who are driven, diligent, have a strong work ethic, tenacity and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing sector knowledge and market intelligence of SRI industry sectors
  • Effectively identifying target companies and other relevant sectors to the assignment
  • Supports Consultants and Partners with research, delivery and market mapping
  • Candidate / source management, screening and interviewing to assess fit for the role
  • Assignment administration and producing delivery documentation
  • Identifying potential business development opportunities
  • Invenias database and network management including the management of programme lists and weekly reports

Successful candidates will:

  • Ideally have 6 months + experience in recruitment / executive search and 2 year’s + for the Senior Researcher role
  • Possess drive and ambition and a desire to learn
  • Be willing to work in an international environment; flexible and adaptable
  • Have excellent communication skills including fluent written and spoken English
  • Be a people person; a natural at developing personal and professional relationships
  • Be a strong team player who genuinely believes that together everyone achieves more
  • Have high levels of tenacity and lateral thinking to ensure optimum success in an assignment
  • Have an organised approach to an assignment that is methodical and structured that can cover all areas required
  • Show a creative and constructive approach to problem solving with the ability to think outside the box
  • Be able to run their projects independently and be able to manage Partners and clients where appropriate
