Graphic Design is an immensely important tool at PTP that enhances how the brand communicates with their customers.  It serves to convey any ideas in a way that is not only effective but also striking.

As a member of the Design Team, you will be involved in contributing to PTP’s digital design material – using your creative flair and eye for detail to drive brand and product awareness.  The role will require designing and developing Photoshop, In Design and Illustrator based components and assets for eCommerce (front end), EDM’s, external marketing and social media.

Reporting to the Design Manager and collaborating with Sales & Marketing, this in-house design role will mainly focus on digital  (web/social) projects, whilst supporting the rest of the design team.


  • Work closely with the PTP team to understand the brand imperatives, and translate them into design.
  • Deliver custom publishing work including publication layout, brochure and manual design and digital projects including design for web sites, electronic direct mail, web banner design and social media collaterals.
  • Design exciting and quality graphic communications maintaining PTP’s branding quality.
  • Brainstorm new and creative solutions and ideas with the design team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimise PTP’s customer’s experience.


  • Relevant experience in Graphic Design (circa 2 years +).
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design/ Design.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop / InDesign / Illustrator).
  • Excellent conceptual and project management skills.
  • Experience with Print, POS and packaging design.
  • Understand a brief, be confident to work autonomously and create solutions for various digital and print projects.
  • Demonstrated production of high quality and creative work, whilst adhering to short timelines and busy schedules.
  • A collaborative working style, and the ability to engage effectively with key stakeholders to prioritise.
  • Tech and digitally savvy – experience with HTML a would be an advantage.
  • Preference to having worked with Adobe Premier / Final Cut / After Effect programs.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, time management and attention to detail.
  • A general passion for the Fitness and Sports industries would be an advantage.
