The Role

Your mission is simple: build, run and lead a world-class design and development pack category that is redefining technical- and lifestyle bags, and at the same time push the boundaries of sustainability. You will also be collecting as many smiles as possible along the way.

Packs are our main product category and your role will, therefore, be highly crucial to our overall success. You will be operationally responsible for the category and with that both the design-, development- and merchandising process until the final hand-over to Supply Chain. You will build your category team together with the Head of D&D.

Responsibilities you are trusted with:

  • Develop creative solutions and manage our main product category – Packs
  • Conceive the category line planning and product briefs
  • Develop the category design process
  • Create illustrations, technical sketches, detail sketches, storyboards for development
  • Design the Category Development process
  • Take responsibility over trims and material for the category
  • Create the Category Merchandising process
  • Lead the category brand direction including use of specific design language
  • Contributing to bring a flourishing organisation forward with progressive ideas and concepts
  • Maintain all design timelines to deliver specified design work
  • Craft ideas through innovative tech and inspire those around you
  • Stay updated with changes in design and technology and share knowledge with the team

Qualifications & Skills (you can brag about):

You have 3 – 7 years+ experience working with Packs. You will need to show commitment and determination to help our brand develop and stand out on a global spectrum.

  • Pack design expertise
  • Technical pack development expertise
  • Completed studies in industrial design, technical engineering or a similar field
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Highly motivated to create cutting-edge, innovative pack solutions
  • Creative, passionate, proactive and straightforward person who likes to be part of a dynamic team whilst working self-dependently
  • Reliable, structured and focused working style
  • Curious by nature
  • Love for creating with your entrepreneurial spirit and hand-on approach
  • Passion for lifestyle subcultures
  • Global mindset that enjoys the Scandinavian working culture
  • Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is a must
  • Ability to relocate to #Oslove
