G2 Esports is looking for an experienced Membership Marketing Manager to lead operation and further development of their internal Customer Data Platform from a marketing, business and technical perspective. This especially means the operation of their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system which includes a rich set of Business Intelligence (BI) tools. These CRM and BI systems will be the driving forces on the development and continuous implementation operation of their membership program.
The person they are looking for is experienced and can not only iterate their emerging Data Project and Membership Program, but guide and shape its future development, identifying areas and opportunities for G2 to gain deeper insight regarding their fans and provide greater value to both them and partners.
It is mandatory that you already have experience in building and driving membership or loyalty programs. The ideal candidate will also have several years’ experience working with enterprise grade software systems backed by huge databases, deriving insights from this information, and advising key stakeholders based upon this data to inform our decisions in all areas, including, but not limited to, Commercial and Marketing. Furthermore, you will have the knowledge and experience to implement this vision into CRM campaigns and their membership program, ensuring both maximum user acquisition and retention. Also, you will play a key role in helping fostering their community, ensuring the program becomes a must-have for fans of the G2 ARMY.
